Our Team

Wayne is a native Marylander and earned his BS in Microbiology from the University of Maryland College Park and studied Immunology and Infectious Diseases at the John Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health.

As Head of Quality Assurance, Wayne brings over 30 years of experience in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry, with broad expertise in Assay & Process Development, cGMP Manufacturing, and Quality Systems implementation and compliance. Wayne’s background includes valuable experience in the Cell and Gene Therapy field with Osiris, Next Healthcare and Kite Pharma as well as CDMO experience at MilliporeSigma/SAFC and Paragon/Catalent.
